At the same time, Mr. Stavropoulos has improved FlexITy’s operating efficiency and execution as well as its financial performance, its focus on strengthening customer relationships and in developing and extending the firm’s strategic association with world-class alliances. This has resulted in increased growth and profitability, greater value for shareholders and customers, and a stronger competitive position in the regions in which it operates.
As FlexITy’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Stavropoulos leads the firm’s initiative in hiring, mentoring and managing the most skilled and dedicated people in the IT industry (both in a sales and engineering capacity). Prior to founding FlexITy, Mr. Stavropoulos spent 10 years as the Chief Executive Officer of a technology services organization. Under his leadership, the company reignited growth –expanding from a single location small business to a multi-region $100M+ firm. As a result of the organization’s performance, it was courted and acquired by a major Canadian telecommunications company, returning significant value to its shareholders. Mr. Stavropoulos earned a Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University.
